Deposit / Payment Policy
Total cost of the booking will be processed at time of booking.
If you prefer to pay by direct deposit to our bank account please phone us on 0418 841 800, or go to our ENQUIRY & MAP page on our website to enquire/book and make payment arrangements.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Cancellation Fees apply regardless of whether or not an advanced payment has been made. We may alter these terms and conditions for specific bookings and advise by return letter the terms and conditions that will apply. There are no refunds for early departures. We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes to your travel plans. Additional cleaning charges: The premises is to be left in the same state as when you checked in. Furniture should not be repositioned. Dirty dishes should be washed dried and put away All rubbish should be contained in the rubbish bins provided. No smoking permitted inside the buildings and cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided or outside bins. An additional pet fee must be made if you are bringing a pet and our pet policy must be followed. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on any furniture. If further cleaning is required you will be notified and charged. Damage to property: Guests registering at the accommodation are responsible for any damages or loss to the property's interior, contents, or immediate surrounds. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of guests to the property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit or debit card. We will however make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. In Severe cases the guest will be liable for any loss of revenue that the company suffers while the room is being repaired. Damage caused during their stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card (per management discretion).
Cancellation Policy
When a booking is cancelled on the property website up to 15 day/s (360 hours) before check-in time (14:00 hrs) -
deposit refunded including cost of Value Added Items (if selected) (no cancellation fees).
When a booking is cancelled on the property website up to 7 day/s (168 hours) of check-in time (14:00 hrs) -
a refund of 50.00% of the total booking value will be provided.
